Cuyahoga Falls: A Euclid man was arrested late Sunday night and charged with attempted murder after allegedly stabbing his wife in a Cuyahoga Falls garage.Authorities said Eugene Roseling, 58, stabbed Kristine M. Mann-Roseling, 32, of Euclid, just before midnight. Police said she also had been beaten.Police say the couple were separated, and the wife was staying at her parents’ home.Officers were called to the 3400 block of Squires Bend to investigate a report of a woman screaming. Responding officers heard a woman screaming for help from inside a closed garage and had to kick in a door to the garage to enter. The officers confronted Eugene Roseling, who they said was stabbing his wife.Police said Roseling dropped the knife and was taken into custody.Mann-Roseling was taken to Summa Akron City Hospital to be treated for multiple stab wounds to her face, torso and right thigh.None of the wounds appears to be life threatening, police reported.Roseling, who lives in the 26000 block of Lakeshore Boulevard, was charged with attempted murder, aggravated burglary, felonious assault, kidnapping and domestic violence.He was taken to the Summit County Jail and was to be arraigned via video Monday morning with Stow Municipal Court. A bailiff said he refused to leave his cell, however, and the arraignment was postponed until 11 a.m. Tuesday.
